Chris, a professional chef drawing on several decades of culinary experience, is eager to create some of Ireland’s finest food. In our stylish dining room you will get the best breakfast we can possibly provide with homemade sausages, puddings, jams and breads. Then, in the evening we offer dinner using the best local produce. Chris designs each evenings menu based on the best food available on the day. Its a single choice menu and guests are all seated around our fine dining table. Target time is 7.30 pm but its not always that precise.
If you have any particular food dislikes or allergies just let us know the day before and Chris will design the menu appropriately
Given the abundance of products here in Wexford we try to source all our food locally. We also have a programme of rearing and breeding our own Middle White pigs as well as a joint programme with David Hemmingway, our farming neighbour, to breed Wagyu beef, but that’s a longer term project.
So, If you would like to book dinner simply let us know 24 hours before you arrive with us, you won’t be disappointed.
